Una vez concedido un registro el Ministerio de Salud o las entidades delegadas podrán tomar muestras del producto para análisis de laboratorio, cada vez que lo consideren conveniente, con el fin de efectuar sus labores de inspección y control sanitario. En estos eventos, cualquier muestra se considera representativa en relación con el producto de que se trate, pero deberán conservarse las contra muestras respectivas.
