Los individuos declarados leprosos é incorporados en los lazaretos ó colonias no podrán salir de allí ni celebrar contrato alguno fuéra de dichos establecimientos, sino por medio de mandatarios generales ó especiales legalmente constituidos ó del Personero respectivo.

Los contratos celebrados en contravención á lo dispuesto en este artículo serán nulos, y por tanto no producirán efecto alguno.
