Ejercicio contable y estados financieros. Los estatutos dispondrán los períodos contables de los institutos y los estados financieros que deberán elaborarse al final de cada ejercicio. En todo caso cada uno de ellos, contará sus cuentas por lo menos una vez al año, el treinta y uno de diciembre.
