000.000.00 anuales, de que pueda disponer el Gobierno una vez atendidos el servicio ordinario del empréstito en Bonos de la Defensa Económica Nacional y las obligaciones del Estado inherentes a dicho empréstito que no le hayan sido o no le sean relevadas por los tenedores de los mismos Bonos, podrán ser destinados al equilibrio del Presupuesto Nacional.

Parágrafo

Exceptúase de lo dispuesto en este artículo las sumas necesarias para dar cumplimiento al artículo 6º de la Ley 18 de 1944 .
