Prórroga de comisión . De conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 68 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, las prorrogas de las comisiones que sumadas al tiempo fijado inicialmente excedan los límites señalados en el artículo 67 del citado Decreto, solo podrán ser autorizadas por quien tenga la facultad de conferir la comisión por todo el tiempo resultante de la suma de la comisión inicial y la prórroga o prórrogas
