º. Nómbrase al señor Carlos Salazar del Camino, promotor ad honórem de las Cámaras de Comercio colombianas que hayan de fundarse en el Exterior y asesor de las que ya estén funcionando. Dicho señor prestará sus servicios al tenor de las instrucciones que le den los Ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores e Industrias, y obrará, en todo caso, de acuerdo con el Agente Diplomático de Colombia en el respectivo país. Comuníquese y publíquese.
