ATRIBUCIONES EN ORGANISMOS ESPECIALES. Director de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro y el Director del Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía Nacional siempre que sean oficiales en servicio activo, tendrán sobre el personal de la Policía Nacional en comisión en los establecimientos antes citados, las atribuciones disciplinarias correspondientes a un comandante de Departamento.
