TARIFA ESPECIAL PARA ALGUNOS PAGOS AL EXTERIOR EFECTUADOS POR CONSTRUCTORES COLOMBIANOS. La tarifa del impuesto sobre la renta aplicable a los pagos al exterior que por concepto de arrendamiento de maquinaria para construcción, mantenimiento o reparación de obras civiles, efectúen los constructores colombianos en desarrollo de contratos que hayan sido objeto de licitaciones públicas internacionales, es del dos por ciento (2%).
