La Junta Ordenará Preferentemente El Pago De Los Auxilios Que Se Reconozcan A Aquellos Damnificados Que A Su Juicio, Se Encuentren En Mayor Estado De Pobreza
Decreto 1048 de 1946 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 92 de 1945, en cuanto concede un auxilio a los damnificados pobres por el incendio ocurrido en Manzanares (Caldas) el año de 1945, afectados en bienes distintos de edificios o habitaciones, y para la reconstrucción de la iglesia parroquial y casa cural de la misma ciudad.
