Los elementos y materiales que se introduzcan o se transporten en conformidad con los artículos anteriores, deberán emplearse en la edificación que corresponda, dentro del año siguiente al de su introducción al puerto de Buenaventura. Si no hiciere así, no habrá lugar a rebaja ni devolución de ninguna especie.
