Plan de Prevención, Gestión y Defensa Jurídica del Estado. La Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado formulará el Plan de Prevención, Gestión y Defensa Jurídica del Estado que es el instrumento que define los objetivos estratégicos, programas, acciones, responsables e indicadores del SDJE.

Parágrafo

La Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado desarrollará una herramienta para hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento del Plan de Prevención, Gestión y Defensa Jurídica del Estado. La herramienta debe permitir una evaluación continua y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de este Plan.
