Las becas que la misma Ley crea en las escuelas de selvicultura del Exterior, serán provistos por Ministerio de Agricultura, de conformidad con la Resolución que se dictará al respecto y que será publicada en el diario oficial y transmitido especialmente a los Gobernadores de los Departamentos.
