° El artículo 984 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 984. Salvo lo dispuesto en normas especiales, el transporte deberá ser contratado con transportadores autorizados, quienes podrán encargar la conducción, en todo o en parte a terceros, pero bajo su responsabilidad, y sin que por ello se entiendan modificadas las condiciones del contrato. La infracción a lo dispuesto en este artículo dará lugar a la imposición de las sanciones administrativas pertinentes.
