Articulo 10. (Derogado) Decreto 2610 de 1979. Para su actuación, los Jefes de las Oficinas Seccionales tendrán la facultad de otorgar el registro de que trata este Artículo, los permisos a que se refieren los Artículos 4°. y 5°. de este Decreto y todas las demás que en adelante les atribuya el Superintendente Bancario.
