Articulo 24. Con el objeto de facilitar el cumplimiento del artículo anterior, el Gobierno decretará auxilios á juicio del Intendente quien deberá consultar las rentas de onda localidad y las condiciones de mayor ó cada localidad y las condiciones de mayor ó menor capacidad que deben tener los edificios.
