Apruébase la Resolución número JD-010 de 1978, emanada de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, TELECOM, cuyo texto es el siguiente: RESOLUCION NUMERO JD 010 DE 1978 (noviembre 28) por la cual se determina la planta de personal de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, TELECOM La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, TELECOM, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los Decretos-leyes 910 de 1292 de 1978, resuelve:
