Control Interno De Los Hatos De Primera Categoría

Control interno de los hatos de primera categoría . En los hatos de primera categoría, se practicarán rutinariamente, a la leche entera cruda, como mecanismo de control interno, después de su enfriamiento, por lo menos las siguientes pruebas

Las destinadas a comprobar las características físico-químicas señaladas en el artículo 27 del presente Decreto.

Tiempo de reducción del azul de metileno (ensayo de reductasa);

Prueba de alcohol;

Registro de temperatura.

Parágrafo

Las condiciones especiales de la leche a que se refiere el presente artículo se comprobarán de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 27 de este Decreto.
