Proceso de la votación. El Jurado le exigirá al connacional la cédula de ciudadanía, la examinará, verificará su identidad y buscará el número de la cédula en la lista de sufragantes. Si figurare, le permitirá depositar el voto y registrará que el ciudadano ha votado. Este registro se efectuará de acuerdo con las instrucciones que imparta la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
