Asamblea General de Accionistas. La Asamblea General de Accionistas es el máximo órgano de administración de la sociedad y se compone de los accionistas del Banco que se reúnan en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., con el quórum previsto en estos estatutos y cumplidos las formalidades en éstos indicadas. En toda Asamblea de Accionistas, sin necesidad de que así lo exprese el orden del día, y en primer lugar luego de abierta la sesión, el Secretario verificará el quórum y liará constar el número de acciones representadas.
