El servicio de Defensoría Técnica de la Fuerza Pública tiene como finalidad facilitar a los miembros de la Fuerza Pública acceso oportuno, gratuito, especializado, permanente y técnico, a una adecuada representación en materia penal, para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 29 de la Constitución Política.
