Artículo único. Autorizar al Jefe de la Misión Diplomática de Colombia ante el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, para firmar en nombre del Gobierno de Colombia el Convenio de Garantía relacionado con el Contrato de Préstamo celebrado entre el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento, de una parte, y los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, de la otra, por la suma de treinta millones de dólares ( US $ 30.000.000.00). Comuníquese y publíquese.
