Los Bancos o Secciones Hipotecarias no podrán recibir las cédulas en condiciones distintas de las que ellas mismas expresan, ni establecer, respecto de su pago, formas o procedimientos que conviertan tales documentos en billetes bancarios comunes, so pena de incurrir en la misma sanción de caducidad de que habla el artículo anterior.
