Los Agentes Diplomáticos extranjeros acreditados cerca del Gobierno de la República gozarán de los privilegios y cortesías que las leyes del país y los usos internacionales les conceden, siempre que en sus respectivas naciones les sean otorgados los mismos privilegios a los Agentes Diplomáticos colombianos.
