º. A la Junta Reguladora de Cambios le corresponde

Proponer al Gobierno las modificaciones que deban hacerse a la lista de mercancías de prohibida importación cuando fuere necesario;

Estudiar las posibles modificaciones del tipo de cambio y someterlas a la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República para su adopción definitiva.
