Artículo único De las hectáreas de tierra que cedió la República al Departamento de Panamá se cederán los lotes marcados con los números 322, 324, 326, 330, 332, al Distrito de Colón, para que se haga en ellos un parque que llevará el nombre del descubridor de la América.

La estatua de Cristóbal Colón, de propiedad de la República, que se halla en dicho Distrito, se colocara en el parque.

Queda adicionada en estos términos la Ley 87 de 1890 .
