º. El Consejo Asesor a que se refiere el artículo anterior reconocerá, en cada caso, los notarios de insuficientes ingresos, que pueden ser beneficiarios de los programas del Fondo Especial del Notariado de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro para mejorar sus condiciones económicas.
