Beneficios de la Ley Páez para nuevas entidades territoriales creadas en su zona de cobertura.

Las entidades territoriales que se formen derivadas de las señaladas en las Leyes 218 de 1995 y 383 de 1997, tendrán los mismos beneficios de que tratan las leyes mencionadas, cuando se mantengan los límites de las áreas territoriales originales.
