INSPECCIÓN SOBRE LOS RECURSOS OTORGADOS COMO PATROCINIO. La entidad patronal podrá solicitar del fondo de empleados toda la Información y ejercer la inspección y vigilancia necesarias con el fin de verificar la correcta y adecuada aplicación de los recursos por aquélla otorgados. Las empresas patrocinadoras y los fondos de empleados beneficiarios del patrocinio acordarán la forma de ejercer esta inspección y vigilancia.
