Artículo único. La reducción de los cargos de Habilitado Pagador y Contador de la Sección de Pagaduría del Ministerio de Comercio o Industrias, en uno solo, con el nombre de Contador Pagador, hecha por Decreto número 1777 del 18 de junio del corriente año, surtirá sus efectos desde el primero de julio de mil novecientos cuarenta y nueve (1949), en lugar del primero de junio, como dice dicho Decreto, Comuníquese y publíquese.
