Artículo tercero. Quien aspire al título de especialista, debe comprobar la causal en que lo funda, según el artículo 2º de este Decreto, ante la Dirección Departamental de Higiene de su residencia. La misma someterá a la indispensable aprobación del Colegio Médico respectivo las licencias que expida, y en la Dirección de Tuberculosis se llevará un registro con la hoja de vida del especialista.
