º. Para efectos del literal c) del artículo 10 de la Ley 09 de 1983, se requiere que: 1º Ningún accionista persona jurídica, posea más del treinta por ciento (30%) del total de las acciones en circulación, bien directamente o a través de sociedades filiales o subsidiarias. 2º Ningún accionista persona, natural o grupo de accionistas que sean cónyuges o parientes entre sí, dentro del segundo grado de consanguinidad, primero de afinidad o único civil, posea más del treinta por ciento (30%) de las acciones en circulación, bien directamente o a través de sociedades de familia.
