Modificación de la clasificación. La clasificación militar de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la reserva, sólo podrá ser modificada en él evento de su movilización o llamamiento al servicio, caso en el cual podrán ser destinados a la Fuerza, Arma, Cuerpo Logístico o Cuerpo Administrativo que se considere de mayor utilidad a las necesidades de la Defensa Nacional y requerimientos de las Fuerzas Militares.
