º En caso de muerte, renuncia o incapacidad permanente de un miembro principal del Consejo Nacional de Televisión, lo reemplazará el suplente hasta cuando se llene la vacante. Cuando la vacancia sea del principal y del suplente simultáneamente, el Consejo Nacional de Televisión, por mayoría de sus miembros, elegirá reemplazos hasta cuando se realice la elección en propiedad, conforme a lo dispuesto por la Ley 42 de 1985 en su artículo 9º y por el presente Decreto.
