Balance general. La Financiera Energética Nacional S. A. tendrá ejercicios sociales semestrales. Para el efecto, los días 30 de Junio y 31 de diciembre de cada año se cortarán las cuentas de la Sociedad, se practicará un inventario físico de los activos sociales y se formará el Balance General de los negocios durante el ejercicio, documentos que serán presentados a la Asamblea General de Accionistas en su reunión ordinaria siguiente.
