Una vez haya sido terminada la instalación, y la construcción de una fuente fija artificial nueva, o se hayan concluido las modificaciones o ampliaciones en una fija artificial existente, su propietario o representante leal deberán informar al respecto al Ministerio de Salud o a la entidad en quien éste delegue y solicitar la expedición de la autorización sanitaria de funcionamiento parte aire.
