El personal subalterno de los Juzgados del Circuito será el siguiente: Un Juez, un Secretario, Un Escribiente y un Portero Alguacil; éstos últimos de libre nombramiento y remoción del primero.

Parágrafo

En cada uno de los Juzgados del Circuito de Bogotá y en los de los Civil del Circuito de Medellín habrá dos escribientes.
