Ley 30 de 1989 · por medio de la cual se aprueban los estatutos de la Organización de los Estados Iberoamericanos para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (OEI), texto suscrito en Ciudad de Panamá el 2 de diciembre de 1985, que adecua y reemplaza al texto estatutario de la OEI de 1957; y del Acuerdo entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Oficina de Educación Iberoamericana, relativo a la representación de la OEI en Colombia, suscrito en la ciudad de Madrid el 17 de julio de 1978.
