Artículo único. En lo sucesivo todos los enfermos de Agesta de Dios tendrán derecho á disfrutar de la gracia que se otorgó é algunos de ellos por el Decreto número 191 citado, y para todos los despachos que dirijan, cualquier que sea el asunto que en ellos traten, siempre que su contenido no exceda de veinte palabras Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 1. ° del Decreto mencionado.
