De los convenios celebrados con otros gobiernos . Con aprobación del Consejo de Ministros, el Gobierno podrá celebrar acuerdos o contratos con Gobiernos extranjeros en los cuales las partes se comprometen recíprocamente y en las mismas condiciones a dotar de sede a las respectivas misiones diplomáticas o consulares o de residencia a sus funcionarios.
