Los Catedráticos de la Escuela serán principales ó substitutos. Principales, los nombrados ó contratados por el Poder Ejecutivo; substitutos, los nombrados interinamente por el Consejo Directivo para reemplazar á aquéllos en sus faltas temporales ó accidentales, y en las absolutas, mientras se provee el puesto por el Poder Ejecutivo.
