Art. 3° Si fuere posible, en el primer domingo siguiente al día en que el personal de las Legaciones extranjeras haya visitado al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, este devolverá en persona las visitas á los Jefes de dichas Legaciones, y, por medio de tarjetas, a los Secretarios y adjuntos.
