De conformidad con las notas cruzadas entre la Legación del Perú en Bogotá y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, de fechas dos y cinco de marzo de mil novecientos treinta y cinco, respectivamente, el canje de los instrumentos de ratificación del protocolo de Río de Janeiro y del Acta Adicional que lo acompaña, se efectuará en el plazo más breve, antes del treinta de noviembre del año en curso.
