De la suma a que se refiere al artículo anterior, la Nación aportará una cantidad del cincuenta por ciento (50%), siempre que, a su turno, el Departamento de Caldas y el Municipio de Armenia, del mismo Departamento, apropien el otro cincuenta por ciento (50%) en la proporción que acuerden.
