Art. 4. ° Para la misma conmemoración se levantará en la avenida que conduce de la Plaza de Nariño de esta ciudad á la estación del Ferrocarril de la Sabana, en el lugar que también designe el Gobierno, un arco que llevara esta inscripción: "La República de Colombia al grande Almirante Cristóbal Colon".

La avenida á que se refiere el inciso primero de este artículo se llamara en lo sucesivo "Avenida Cristóbal Colon", y el Gobierno hará el costo necesario para embellecerla con árboles.
