El empleado que se encuentre en la situación prevista en el inciso segundo del artículo anterior que posteriormente reúna los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 204 de este Decreto, tendrá derecho a solicitar su inscripción en la carrera judicial, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos sobre concursos consagrados en el presente Decreto.
