- EXCENCIONES DE IMPUESTOS. Los municipios y el Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá, sólo podrán otorgar exenciones de impuestos municipales por plazo limitado, que en ningún caso excederá de diez (10) años, todo de conformidad con los planes de desarrollo municipal (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 258, concordado Constitución Política, art. 322).
