Ley 2 de 1989 · por la cual se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para establecer el subsidio al servicio público de transporte colectivo de pasajeros.

° . Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para establecer el subsidio al servicio público de transporte colectivo de pasajeros, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

primero. El presente subsidio podrá establecerse al servicio público de transporte colectivo de pasajeros urbano, metropolitano, intermunicipal, interdepartamental y rural.

Parágrafo

segundo. Para la aplicación del subsidio al servicio público de transporte colectivo de pasajeros, el Gobierno Nacional analizará y tendrá en cuenta las condiciones y características socioeconómicas de la población y región servidas.
