ARTICULO 4.1.1.1.- NATURALEZA Y OBJETIVOS.- La Superintendencia de Valores es un organismo de carácter técnico adscrito al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público que tendrá por objeto estimular, organizar y regular el Mercado Público de Valores.
