El Comando del Ejército bautizará una Unidad Militar con el nombre del héroe, Cabo Segundo Cándido Leguízamo lo que se efectuará en ceremonia especial durante la cual se dará lectura a la presente ley.

El Comando del Ejército dispondrá igualmente se invite a esa ceremonia a las organizaciones de militares en actividad o en retiro que funcionen con el nombre de Cabo Cándido Leguízamo y que de esta manera contribuyan a la exaltación de su nombre y de su ejemplo.
