Las entidades distritales y municipales encargadas del desarrollo urbanístico prestarán cooperación a las urbanizaciones adelantadas de acuerdo con las normas establecidas antes de la vigencia de la presente Ley y podrán dotarlas de los servicios públicos correspondientes cobrando a los adjudicatarios de lotes o de casas, por cuotas, el valor de las obras respectivas.
